Category: Development kitDescription: MachXO The Lattice Semiconductor MachXO Control Development Kit is a platform for rapid prototyping system control design using MachXO PLD. Using the pre installed System on Chip (SoC) design included with the development kit, it now only takes a few minutes to test the board control functions, including temperature monitoring based fan speed control, LCD control, complete power monitoring, and reset allocation combined with the Power Manager II POWR1014A and 8-bit LatticeMico8 microcontroller. Then users can use the free downloadable reference design source code to build their own designs, which can be executed within 1 hour. The board also has a USB channel for JTAG programming and debugging from the host PC. The prototype area can provide access to multiple PIO groups and onboard I2C bus of MachXO PLD. The board can be controlled using a menu driven interface through a terminal program running on the host PC.
